Get to Know Megan Kerscher-Walsh
Attorney Megan Kerscher-Walsh earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Marquette University in 2012, followed by an M.B.A. from Lakeland University in 2015. She went on to pursue her J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating in 2025.
She chose to focus her practice on estate planning because it allows her to be a true partner to her clients. Estate planning is deeply personal, and she wants to walk alongside her clients through life’s biggest transitions. By listening closely and centering each client’s wants, needs, and wishes; she strives to provide peace of mind and relieve the burden of legal complexities for families.
Before becoming an attorney, Attorney Kerscher-Walsh worked as a corporate event planner, where she honed her skills in client service, organization, and anticipating needs with care and precision. Coupled with her business background and legal training, these experiences allow her to approach estate planning with empathy, clarity, and a focus on the details that matter most.
